HTM is a small, family-owned company with many members working in the health care field. We saw a need for reliable, prompt, courteous transportation for passengers between home and the hospital, doctor or dental offices, or other health-related appointments.
Our mission is to provide a safe and stress-free option for patients who have more important things to worry about than getting to and from their appointment.
Our goal is to be the premier non-emergency medical transportation company in the Southern Tier and beyond.
Our partner company - HTM MedTrans - operates under the same mission and goals and offers non-emergency transportation requiring wheelchairs or stretchers.
